One of the unique characteristics is the biblical concept of the priesthood of the believer. As believer-priests, the Bible describes our giving as acts of worship. The Apostle Paul encouraged the believers of Corinth to set aside money each week for the purpose of supporting their church.
Although Valley has many financial needs, giving is not based upon need but obedience. We give not because the church has advertised its current needs, but because God has commanded us as believer-priests to offer our sacrifices to him. Giving enables the church to carry out ministry on behalf of the giver as our partner.
We praise God for the investment in time and money you are making in this growing ministry. The giving of our congregation has been the hallmark of God’s work and blessings in this ministry and the lives of our people. Thank you for being faithful priests.
